we're here for you

We know many of you are still reeling from Hurricane Helene and Milton. To help, here’s a list of ways USF Credit Union can support you:

  • Emergency Loans: USF CU is offering emergency personal loans tailored to your needs. You may be eligible for a personal loan of up to $5,000 if you’ve been impacted by Hurricane Helene and/or Milton. You can apply online (click 'apply for a personal loan' and then on the next screen, click 'emergency loan') or call 813.569.2000 and select option 2 for help.
  • Skip-A-Payment: To help cope with any financial stress caused by the storm, you may be eligible to skip your next USF CU auto or personal loan payment. If you need to skip a payment, please contact us at USF CU.
  • Homeowner’s Insurance Claim: If you have experienced damage to your home, please check out this helpful document for managing your insurance claim.
  • Mortgage Payments: You may also be eligible to defer your payments. If you’re having trouble making your mortgage payments, including your home equity line of credit, please call us at 813.569.2000.
  • New Car Help (Auto Advisors): If you’re experiencing car troubles due to the storm and need a new or used vehicle, our Auto Advisors can help you through the entire car-buying process - at no cost! For more, check out our Auto Advisors section.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: And if you already paid for large purchases with your USF CU debit card, you could get your money deposited back into your checking account. To see which purchases qualify, log into your Digital Banking account and click “Buy Now, Pay Later.”
