Accounts Overview
Welcome to the accounts overview tutorial for the mobile banking app. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to access your balances and transaction history with ease.
Begin by signing into the mobile app using your credentials. Once logged in, you'll be directed to the home screen. Navigate to the Accounts Screen. Here, you'll find a list of your accounts. Choose the one for which you want to review transactions. Once you've selected your account, you'll see a detailed overview of your balance and the most recent transactions. It's a quick snapshot of your financial standing.
To search for a specific transaction, tap the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. From here, you can enter transaction details or choose to view all deposits, checks, or withdrawals.

Routing & Account Numbers
Identifying your Routing and Account Number is crucial, whether you're setting up a direct deposit or making online payments. Let's walk through the steps to find this information on your Mobile App.
Begin by signing into the mobile app using your credentials. Once logged in, you'll be directed to the home screen.
From the Home screen, navigate to the 'Accounts' screen. Here, choose the checking or savings account that you need for deposits or payments.
In the upper right corner, select 'Show Details.' This will provide you with more information about the selected account.
Here, you'll find the ACH Account Number for the account you selected. The Routing Number for the credit union is located at the bottom of this page. These are the numbers you'll need for setting up direct deposits or electronic payments.

Make a Transfer
Making transfers with your Credit Union accounts is a breeze, and it's one of the most common tasks you'll perform. Whether it's moving funds between your accounts, making loan payments, or transferring to another institution or member, we’ve got you covered. Let's look at the steps to make a simple transfer using the USF CU Mobile App."
From the Home screen, select 'Transfers,' from the menu at the bottom, and then choose 'Make a Transfer.’
Select the 'From Account' drop-down and choose the account you're transferring funds from. Then, select the 'To Account' drop-down for the destination of your funds.
Enter the amount of the transfer payment. You can also change the submission date by selecting the calendar icon if the pre-populated date doesn't suit your needs.
Optionally, enter a note in the memo section to add details. Once you're ready, select 'Review Transfer.'
Ensure the transfer details are accurate in the review section, then select 'Submit Transfer.'

Add an External Account
Managing your finances gets even more convenient with the ability to add external accounts using the Mobile App. Let's walk through the steps to seamlessly connect your accounts for easy transfers.
From the home screen, select 'Transfers’ from the bottom menu.
Swipe left at 'Make a Transfer' option to access additional functions, and then select 'Add Account.
To connect your account at another financial institution, choose 'Instantly Add External Account' from the list. Follow the prompts to enter your account credentials, select the accounts you want to link for transfer, and then submit. Each institution may have a slightly different process and authentication level, but just follow the prompts to complete.
Once completed, any new accounts will be available in the drop-down list when requesting a transfer.

Add a Payee
Streamlining your bill payments has never been easier with the 'Add and Manage Payees' feature in the Mobile App. Let's review the steps to simplify your bill-paying process.
From the Home screen, select 'Bill Pay' from the bottom menu.
If it's your first time using Bill Pay, you'll need to review and accept the Bill Pay Disclosure.
Swipe left at 'Make a Payment' option to access additional functions, and then select 'Add and Manage Payees.'
In the lower right corner, tap the plus sign. Select whether you are paying a business or a person and enter the required information to continue.
Once completed, this payee will be available to make payments or manage the payee's information.

Make a Payment
Making payments with the Mobile App is quick and convenient. Let's walk through the steps to pay your bills seamlessly.
From the Home Screen, select 'Bill Pay' From the bottom menu.
If it's your first time using Bill Pay, you'll need to review and accept the Bill Pay Disclosure and add a payee before making any payments.
Select 'Make a Payment' and choose the payee from the list. Enter the required details and select 'Continue to Summary' to review the payment.
Once you've reviewed everything and confirmed the details, select 'Pay Bill.'

Mobile Deposit
You can deposit your paper checks effortlessly with the USF Credit Union Mobile App. It's like having a branch in the palm of your hands. Let's review this simple and convenient process.
From the Home Screen, select 'Deposit' from the bottom menu.
Review the disclosure for posting times, potential hold details, and check retention recommendations, and then proceed.
Select the account you want to deposit your check into from the Deposit Account drop-down menu. Then enter the amount of the check in the Deposit Amount section. If your check is written for more than your daily limit listed, please send us a secure message or give us a call.
Now, capture the front and the back of your check. When capturing the images, please ensure the check is laid flat against a contrasting background, and make sure that the back of the check has been properly endorsed.

Alerts
Let's walk through the steps to set up alerts and receive notifications about the account details that matter most to you.
Start by selecting 'More' from the bottom menu.
Expand 'Accounts' and select 'Alerts.'
Here, you can select the category of alerts you would like to set up. For example, selecting 'Accounts' gives you the option to manage alerts for each individual alert type, while 'Authentication' is a single alert to notify you each time you log into online banking.
Once you select an alert, you have three options for notification.
a. SMS – Choose this option to receive notifications from the available phone numbers you have enabled text messaging for.
b. Email – Choose this option to receive email notifications from any email address you have on file.
c. Push – Choose this option to receive alerts to a registered device directly to your mobile app. Note that this feature requires notifications to be turned on in your device. These preferences are managed in the Contact section of the Settings widget.

Card Management
Take control of your cards with the USF CU Mobile App. Let's guide you through the steps to manage your debit or credit cards effortlessly.
Start by selecting 'More' from the bottom menu.
Expand 'Accounts' and select 'Card Management.'
Here, you can swipe between any debit or credit cards you have. Scroll down to explore the settings and controls each card offers.
Some useful features include blocking and unblocking your card, setting up alerts via email or text, card replacement options, travel notifications, and more.

Statements
Accessing and managing your statements is a breeze with the mobile app. Let's guide you through the steps to access your account statements, credit card statements, and annual tax forms in the mobile app.
Begin by selecting 'More' from the bottom menu.
Expand 'Accounts' and select 'Statements.'"
To enroll in eStatements or update your paper or electronic preferences, select 'Settings' in the upper right corner.
Choose the statement type you would like to manage.
The screen will display your current preference selection, indicating whether you've chosen paper or online statements.
If you need to make changes, select the new delivery method. Then, select 'Continue' in the upper right corner. Review the disclosure, select the 'I Agree' checkbox to accept, and click 'Save' in the upper right corner to confirm your changes.
Once enrolled, you can begin to view your statements right in the mobile app.

Settings
Customizing your banking experience is easy and convenient in the Mobile App. Let's explore how to access and manage your settings, ensuring your preferences are just the way you want them.
Begin by selecting 'More' from the bottom menu.
To access Settings, there are three options:
- Directly from the Utilities listing below the menu groups,
- By expanding 'Services & Settings' and selecting 'Settings,'
- Or by selecting your profile icon in the upper right corner (from anywhere in the app) to bring up a short menu with the option to go to settings or log out.
Once in Settings, you'll have the option to manage a variety of items.
Key items include setting up biometrics for your device to make the sign-in process faster and easier, and reviewing your contact information periodically to ensure everything is up to date and accurate.
In the Settings menu, you can customize many features. Let’s review some of the highlights.
- In Accounts, you can establish account nicknames, assign color customization, or hide accounts from view.
- In Alerts you can customize the types of activity you want to monitor closely and choose your preferred method of notification.
- In Biometrics you can enable or disable facial or fingertip recognition for faster login access.
- In Contact you can update your address, phone numbers and email. Tap on your mobile phone number to enable your phone to receive text messages.
- In Profile you can edit your photo, nickname and time zone, as well as view your member ID number.
- In Security, you can update your password.
- In Snapshot you can enable or disable a summary of balances that can be viewed without logging in to the app.
- And if you need to delete your mobile baking profile, selecting 'Delete Account' will direct you to contact us for assistance with that request.

Online Banking
Accounts
The accounts tab on your desktop dashboard is home to many important functions of the platform. Her you can navigate detailed account activity, manage alerts and access other special features. Starting with the basics, access the Accounts option from the Accounts tab. To access detailed information about a specific account, simply click on it. This action will display the most recent transactions that have posted to the account. Here, you can also refine your transaction history. The filter option allows you to tailor your view using various elements like date, amount, or description giving you control over what you see.
In the account details tab, other essential details are right at your fingertips, most notably the ACH account number. This unique 13-digit number must be used for any electronic payments, as it identifies the specific account in the membership, such as a saving or checking account.
Lastly, you can access balance history and spending trends in the Analytics tab. Here you can view trends from the last month, three months or six months, to have a clear picture of your spending habits. Dashboard
Welcome to your USF Federal Credit Union Desktop Dashboard, your central hub for managing your finances. Let's explore the key elements and features that keep you informed and in control.
At the very top of the dashboard, important news and updates will be displayed to alert you about the latest information from the credit union. The dashboard view also lists each account in your membership’s current and available balances, next payment due dates and maturity dates are displayed at a glance.
On the right-hand side, you can view your recent login activity, latest transactions and upcoming transfers.
Now in the top right corner, you’ll find quick access to your settings for personalization and the logout option for a secure exit from the platform. Have a question about your account? Then look to the messaging icon to the left of your profile. It’s here that you can securely send and receive messages directly within the platform.
Stay up-to-date with important news and updates through the 'Announcements' section. It's your connection to the latest information from USF Federal Credit Union.
Next, navigate through your 'Accounts' section. This area provides a snapshot of your financial landscape, giving you quick insights into your balances and transactions.
Stay in the know with your 'Recent Activity' feed. Track your latest transactions and account updates in real-time.
Now, in the top right corner, you'll find quick access to your 'Settings' for personalization and the 'Logout' option for a secure exit from the platform.

Pay & Transfer
With the pay and transfer option of online banking, you can discover the power of seamless fund transfers, bill payments, and more. Let's explore the versatile features available to you.
Transferring funds within your membership is simple and effortless with the transfer money option. Move money between your accounts effortlessly with just a few clicks.
Need to transfer funds on a regular basis? Take control of your finances by establishing recurring transfers within your membership. It's an automated way to manage your finances without the hassle.
Need to move funds to an account you maintain at another institution? You can connect your financial assets by scrolling down to the add an account option under the more actions tab. There are two methods to choose from. One uses your sign in credentials from the other institution, and the other requires you to submit the account and routing number to connect your accounts.
Need to make a one-time external loan payment? Process it effortlessly through the pay and transfer section using the Pay My Loan option. Here, one-time payments can be made using a debit card, or you can set up recurring payments using the account and routing number. It's a hassle-free way to manage your loan commitments.
Simplify your bill payment process using the Bill Pay feature. Here you can schedule and manage your bill payments with ease, all in one convenient location.
You can initiate one-time payments or set recurring payments on a schedule of your choosing.
Need a break from your loan payment? With the Skip-a-Pay service, you can skip a loan payment two times per calendar period year, providing financial flexibility when you require it the most.

Alerts
Alerts are your real-time connection to your accounts, providing instant updates on activities that matter to you.
If you prefer text notifications, you must first access the setting tab and visit the security section to enable authentication codes to be sent through SMS to your phone. You can also set SMS as your preferred authentication method.
To activate alerts, navigate to the Alerts section. Here, you'll find a range of options to tailor your notifications based on your preferences.
Once you've selected the alerts you want, customize the delivery methods. Choose from email, text, or in-app notifications – whatever suits your lifestyle and keeps you informed in real-time.
After setting up your preferences, you'll receive confirmation, ensuring that your alerts are active and ready to keep you in the loop.

Services & Settings
The Services and Settings tab on your desktop dashboard is your Central Command Center. Here you have the tools to tailor your banking experience, manage rewards, and enhance your security. Let's explore the features that enhance your digital banking experience.
Need to access your credit card points? In the Services and Settings tab, simply select the Card Rewards option to view and manage your credit card rewards effortlessly.
You can manage your Convenience Pay election easily by selecting the Convenience Pay option. Opting in means you may overdraw your account using your debit card and you are willing to accept any penalties or fees associated with those events. Opting out means that your debit card will be declined if you have insufficient funds to cover the amount of the transaction.
Visit the Member Rewards option to get an overview Get an overview of your total relationship balances and monetary benefits under our Catalyst Member Rewards Program. This area provides a comprehensive look at your member rewards in the current and previous years.
Need specific services? Access Service Requests for ten day loan payoffs, credit card autopay enrollment, and replacement of damaged credit cards. It's a one-stop solution for your service needs.
To ensure your accounts are secure, you can visit the Settings option. From here you can access the Security tab, where you can self-manage changes to your username and password and customize your two-factor authentication preferences.
Keep your information up to date in the Contact tab, where you can make updates to your address, phone number, and email address, ensuring we can reach you if needed.

Need to stop a check payment? Easily submit stop payment orders for your checks right here by submitting the account number and check number. It's a simple and effective way to cancel check payments that are lost or no longer needed.
Keep your checkbook up to date by reordering checks with just a few clicks. It's a convenient way to ensure you always have the checks you need. If you’re ordering checks for the first time, send us a secure message, call us, or visit a nearby branch to get started.
Need to withdraw a large amount and can’t visit a branch? You can request a withdrawal in the form of an official check directly through the check services section. It's a secure way to access your funds when you need them, especially if you don’t live near a USF FCU branch.

Statements
The Statements section on your desktop dashboard is where you’ll want to go to access your credit union financial statements. Let's explore how you can manage your statements and tax documents seamlessly.
Within the Statements section, there are four tabs that you can access to navigate your credit union account records.
In the overview tab, you can manage your account and credit card statement preferences by choosing paper statements or electronic.
Fees for paper statements may apply. To access your account statements, simply click on the statements tab. Here, your digital statements can be printed or downloaded as needed with just a few clicks.
If you have a credit card statement that you want to view, those statements will display when you click on the credit card tab, if you have enrolled in e-statements.
Lastly, you can access annual credit union tax documents in the tax forms tab. Documents such as interest income statements and mortgage interest statements can be found here conveniently when you need them for tax purposes.

Card Management
The Card Management tab puts you in control of your card preferences and lets you conveniently manage your cards without visiting a branch or calling the credit union for assistance.
Click on the Card Management tab to view your active cards. On this screen, you can quickly place a block on your card if you temporarily misplace it. This will limit new transactions if your card has made it into the wrong hands.
Clicking on Manage Card will display additional card management options, such as requesting a replacement card for a lost, stolen, or damaged card, submitting travel notices, or PIN reset instructions.

Managing Mortgages
Managing your mortgage is a breeze with the Mortgage Servicing section on your desktop dashboard. Let's explore how you can review loan details, review payments, and access important documents.
When you select the mortgage servicing option, you’ll be directed to the site of our mortgage servicing platform. When you access the platform for the first time, you’ll need to review and accept the disclosure to access your mortgage loan information. Once completed, you’ll arrive at the dashboard where you’ll see your mortgage loan number.
To review your loan information, such as your interest rate and payment breakdown, click on the loan details tab and select Loan Information. This screen provides a comprehensive view of your specific loan terms.
You can select the Balances option to see your mortgage and escrow account balances.
Under the Payments tab, you can view your monthly payment history and selected payment options.
Looking for your mortgage documents? You can access these important documents related to your mortgage digitally whenever you need them. Whether it's your mortgage interest statement or your tax and insurance statement, you can find everything you need in one convenient location.
